Mark D. Kahler is an American journalist who enjoys describing his travel discoveries for others who share the need to see as much of the world as their time and resources will allow. He has written about budget travel since 1999, with experience visiting about 40 nations on four continents as well as all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
He is ready to tackle your travel-related writing project, having written for both online and print publications. Mark also offers 20 years of broadcast journalism experience as an on-air news reporter for local stations in Lexington, Ky., West Palm Beach, Fla., and Cincinnati. His credentials include a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
